Deercare Enterprise is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (GDex) or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Deercare Enterprise guarantee you a 14 days return policy. In order to make such request, you need to email to our support and you are responsible for the cost of shipping a return, the address to return will be given by us and remark to the carrier you use, and the product returned must be not be opened or damaged. Once we received the refund item, we will inform you whether your return is eligible for a full refund.
